Hi,
I was wondering if their was a way to just create a dummy character and play around with all the skills and see what the points do in each skill then change it out. Unless you have something where we can see each of the skills in action? Thanks

You can use Dammitt’s Last Epoch Build Planner for this purpose, amongst other things.
