Skill specialization stuck

The tree of “Spirit Plague” Skill of my Acolyte/Lich is broken. I try to un/respec but “Rotten to the core” still stuck with a glitch number.

What can I do?

I have the same problem that I cannot spec into Rotten to the core and the number of points (0/5) is shown mirrored
