Skill Points Taken Aways for nothing?

So i just finished the game story, hanging out at the end of time…and i just leveld up…i assigned my skill point…but when i go to check my skills…every one of my 5 spec skills got 1 or 2 skill points taken away from them, with message on screen… - 1 point taken from adrenaline rush, and others, etc.

Is this intended ? did i do something and didnt realise it ? and i think its not the 1st time…

Ive been puting skill points in my spec skills…and then i find im at 3/4 again…i was at max before…is this a bug or intended ?

Yeah, at some point since you last opened your skill tab you’d removed an item with +skills.

Not a bug.
