Skill „Lung“ don`t work with the End Boss (Lagon)

I play a whirlpath Pala and use the Skill “Lung” to close quickly distance to new mob groups – but with the End Boss (Lagon) the skill dont work. Maybe i make something wrong – but i try it in the fight multiple times – and the Skill don`t work.

I try to avoid the lightning strikes and make distance to the boss, than i try to close the distance with “Lung” but dont work.
