I’m leveling a level 70 VK in the normal Black Sun monolith area. Monolith echo completion is not making my skill levels move whatsoever. If I didn’t push an arena last night they would’ve stayed locked at 18, but now they’re all locked at level 19, monolith echos are granting skill leveling no experience.
Most likely not a bug, it just takes a lot of exp to get the skills to lv18+, the exp needed jumps dramatically. Also Blacksun is now a lv65 zone, the exp you will be getting there would be much lower than pre-8.1.
I hope in the future we can just hover over the exp bar to see how much we need numbers wise so we can see if it’s moving or not.

In a level 75 area now, exp is moving by millimeters, but that’s better than not moving at all.
It should be at the tail end of 75 or at level 76 that you now hit max on a skill (assuming you didn’t just respec it)
Before that the bar will seem like it’s barely moving
I think you hit 19 at level 68, then 20 at 75-76
