The game messages that there is a skill point available for a skill. But clicking on it shows no free point available for that skill.
Yes, that’s an issue with characters levelled up before they changed the skill xp requirements per level. Basically, you have too many skill points for the new xp curve, it’ll stop when the skills get enough xp for the number of skill points you actually have.
