Not sure if this qualifies as a bug or not, but it’s the first time that I’ve seen this happen and I have over 1k hours in LE
I have a Druid on the MP server that is level 75, but his skills seem to be stuck at level 19. I’ve tracked them as much as I can, but wonder if there is a level to reach before the last skill level happens.
There is some kind of exp modifier for skill related to your level.
Skill level 20 happens around lvl 80-ish.
If you haven’t respecced recently your skills will hit 20 when you’re almost level 76 (the last section of your exp bar will be at around 40% full, oddly specific I know).
