Siphon and Sticky Blood do not seem to function

Pre-existing Conditions:
Using Transplant with 1 point in the siphon node.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Cast Transplant, dealing damage to yourself.
  2. Step out and back into the pool of blood.
  3. Notice there is no healing

Note: healing does not occur if you stand in the blood either, I time tested it several times.
