Sinathia’s Dying Breath reforged affix does NOT apply the flat spell damage to curses!
TESTED:
Does NOT apply to Bone curse! Tested on the dummy, a white wand, whose flat spell damage from implicit actually applies, gives me roughly the same dmg as the T8 Sinathia affix (dmg is equaled by the % increased curse dmg from Sinathia’s which actually applies). Bone Curse Tootltip is affected by flat spell dmg from wand, spell dmg for curses from idols/helmet, but NOT from Sinathia’s. Please fix it ASAP, thank you!
