The Bone Minions don’t scale with Intelligence and Level like most (all other?) minions, even like those summoned from something similar such as Bone Curse’s Entreat the Damned node. Because of that, they were stuck doing around 30 damage max and I just dumped the node for that reason.
This is for the Transplant node if anyone was curious. It is a bit odd that the minions are missing the Int tag. @Hackaloken
