So what would happen if I get 100% chance to dodge with silver shroud but also cannot dodge? Is it still going to make it so I cant dodge, does it allow that one time dodge, does it convert that 100% dodge chance to glancing blow chance, would that then mean I get ward if I receive a glancing blow?

The auto-dodge from Argent Veil/Silver Shroud overrides the “cannot dodge” from Apostasy.
if you press ALT when clicking Apostacy, the gonna appear a new tooltip saying that he doesnt negate Silver Shourd’s garantied dodge
