When Sigils of hope is not on your bar, Last Wish node (6% chance to cast a Sigil on kill) won’t trigger anymore.
With it on the bar I used to have 2-4 sigils up on all time in a mono, dependent on mob density. Without it being on the bar I have not a single activation during the whole monolith.
