Next ill post the video of the bug, here what is happening as i cast sigils you can notice my damage % on ice, lightning etc damage, and you can also see my health regen going up,. but then mobs hit me and ALL the bonuses are gone:no bonus health regen, no damage, no ignite chance.
P.S. Bugs from time reversal and Abyssal echoes that i described in my previous posts are still not fixed 
hope they will be one day.
