Sigil of hope buff icon cannot be right from a design prospective

What went wrong?
sigil of hope buff timer goes from 4 stacks to 3 stacks after the green bar is 57 percent through completing then devolves from 3 to zero before timing out in the last second

sigil fall of rate is
1.unintuitive at best it should probably fall off in a systematic way that follows a more logical progression or all at once
2. sigil of fate dosent function as stated on tool tip says they all fall off at once but not true u can watch it go from 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 in the last second
