Side quests / points /relic slots

Is there a command or something that shows if I forgot to do a side quest ?

Someone on global said that the map shows me I forgot a quest somewere, but does it show you that you forgot it even if you didn’t talk to the NPC ?

How do I know if I got all points and everything…

Also is the slot 1square in the midle of the idol section always locked ?

On the global map, it shows how many passives/idols quests you completed (might have to hit shift to show, it keep hiding for some reason) at bottom left.
