Shurikens: Degrading performance when applying bleed and poison stacks

Description: Applying greater number of bleed (and potentially poison) stacks to an enemy drastically degrades performance while using shurikens.
Can be tested with any target dummy in towns (most dramatic drops can be seen in the End of Time) or in monoliths, where hitting a pack of mobs can cause massive performance issues.
Using shurikens to apply bleed on target dummy results in my FPS dropping from 60 down to low 40s - mid 30s.
Using shurikens to apply bleeds to packs of mobs results in near unplayable performance drops - from 60 FPS down to low 20s - which can be further exaggerated when said mobs start using their abilities.

This sounds similar to the other performance issues around ailments & large numbers of damage procs on large groups of mobs…

Not entirely sure if anything can be done about it right now but thanks for posting the details so that the devs have something to work with when they get around to performance fixing…
