Was going to post this “in game” but I haven’t figured out yet how to attach a screen shot like the check box suggests should be doable.
One of the Exiled Mages I found (along the Imperial Road to Thetima in campaign) triggered a battle but the Prison itself never shattered or went away as you can see by the loot on the ground.
