Shrine in Rust Lands spawns sunk into the ground, isn't clickable

During leveling, moving through the Rust Lands, found a shrine that spawned at a lower elevation than it should. As a result, only the very top of the shrine is visible, and it isn’t clickable.

Note the shrine icon in the minimap, matching the location of what I think is the top of the shrine to the left of my character:

Seconding this, saw it today myself. I also reloaded the area and the shrine relocated and then properly showed itself, so seems like it’s that specific spawn location for the shrine bugging out.
