Haven’t noticed before, but I imagine it would be like for all shrine effects.
I picked up a “Hits are always crits” shrine, worked fine for that zone. Still had most of the duration left when I went to the next zone, I still had the corresponding icon and text above my hotkey bar, but the effect was not working.
I would post screenshots/log info, but I feel like they wouldn’t help much in this case.
