Is there a way I can see what vendors are available before! porting to a town? 
I couldnt find any hints on what vendors are available in a town before I port. Gamblers arent everywhere and even the merchant isnt available in every town.
Am I missing something? Pls help.

Nah, it’s not possible, sorry.
I usually choose End of Time, since it has everything and feels like a real hub. Also, after a few runs, you learn which town are useful and which are not.
