Please please let us see Exalted items on both map and minimap like you do for uniques.
And add a specific drop sound (as an option in the lootfilter would be even better).
I know I left a couple nice purples out there which makes me very sad.

Alternatively just make emphasized items in the loot filter show up on the minimap, playing certain ailment builds trying to get through monoliths I’ve had issues with having to backtrack to check on item drops, being able to see when a super rare mod dropped from a mob that was poisoned half a map away would be a lot more useful than knowing a unique/set item dropped

Completely agree here. Exalted items can easily be more valuable (and often are) than many unique items. Please have them show up on minimap.
