In the description of the skill its cooldown is 3 sec, when I use it, it’s around 4 seconds.
I have no specialization increasing the cooldown of the skill.
Can someone explain me what I miss ?
Mmh…i never experienced anything over 3 seconds. Can you upload your Build and share it (Last Epoch Planner)?
It has a 3s cooldown. You can also see in-game the cooldown.
Edit: as for whether you’re missing anything, judging short durations is difficult even with a timer.
