Decoy scales on player stats and is a throwing skill just like shuriken or whatever but isnt affected by shift buffs.

Welcome to the forums. No need for bumping. The devs dont always reply, but all bug posts are specifically checked and added to their internal bug tracking system. Obviously there hasnt been a patch since the first report of this issue so…
