I have submitted a few bug reports in games with screenshot and log but when spamming shield throw ground effects do not show up. Ive been getting chunked by poison and stop spamming to move and see 10 pools of poison around me. I died on the abom boss with the ground placed necrotic dmg after killing a soul vessel not showing or even not seeing the soul vessel targeting me with the blast. It seems to be the entire screen worth of ground placed effects do not show and then they will reappear once you stop spamming shield throw.
