Is there something I’m missing with Focused Campaign?
The skill shield throw itself say “Cooldown starts when shield returns”
Focused Campaign give “Cooldown starts when shield returns, number of ricochet reduced by half” huh?
Normally, you can’t throw another shield until the shield has returned & the cooldown has finished. Focused Campaign finishes the cooldown when the shield returns so you can then immediately throw again (& Shield Barrage then gets rid of the cooldown completely).
