Shield Rush Sticks on Terrain (Recreatable)

On some maps in some locations shield rush will immediately halt on the terrain without moving. The skill fires and there is a “pop” audio but the character just stutters in place. I have been able to trace it down to one specific location although I have experienced in in other locations as well. On the “Temple of Eterra” echo map inside the wooden building areas many (but not all) of the hallways exhibit this behavior. The outdoor area does not have this issue. I suspect it is somehow related to the underlying terrain mesh. I am including a picture of the entire cleared map with my character in one of the locations that exhibits this behavior and it is 100% repeatable.
