I believe similar bug was already fixed so i believe this one is not duplicate.
When you use a skill before you shield rush you are granted full mana (Including the mana you spent to cast the skill before you shield rushed) https://media2.giphy.com/media/Y3k9zglASa6RRNJxMF/giphy.gif Here is a gif of it. I tested it even with erasing strike and it was still giving me mana back for both skills.
