I’m not sure if this is a bug or intention.
If you spam Shield Rush using the node 15% taken as life it causes your mana to drain over time.
Is this functioning the right way? It looks like every time you tap Shield Rush you regain the revered mana. I am not sure why I wouldn’t be at 100% mana if tap Shield Rush 3 time in a row then.

Edit: I found where the bug is. I unspeced 15% life cost and then put the point back in and it was refunding worked correctly.

I think what caused the degen was specing Ephemeral Stance. After i used it I logged out and logged back in and my mana was behaving incorrectly while using Shield Rush.
