dont know if its bug or intended behavior, shield bash autocast from skill rune “Power Rush” isnt working with rune “Flurry of Blows”, there should be explicitly written in description that it doesnt work together, its a bit confusing why its not working - well, rune Flurry of Blows removes cooldown, but also charges and having SB charge is one of the conditions for Power Rush, but still im not sure if its intended or not.
This is intended. Power rush node states that shield bash must have a cooldown and have a charge.
