Shatter Strike not getting its damage increased from certain sources

Hello.

Leveling a Spellblade I noticed Shatter Strike’s tooltip damage wasn’t increasing when doing the following things:

  • Allocating points on Infused Weapon on the Spellblade tree
  • Allocating points on Frostbrand on the Enchant Weapon tree

Respeccing and allocating again didn’t seem to work to solve this issue.
Regardless, its hard to tell if my actual damage was bugged too or if it was just a tooltip issue. Im inclined to say my damage wasn’t actually increasing but I cant be sure

Increases to damage coming from my weapon seemed to work, as well as Enchant Weapon’s base passive and active effect. Also I remember allocating 1 point on Frozen Steel on the Spellblade tree and the tooltip’s damage increasing
