Shatter Strike lags behind during longer fights.
I have a couple of characters lvl 90+. The only one I notice this problem with is Spellblade using Shatter Strike. My character is quite min maxed. Within seconds it can reach 30-35k ward. Unfortunately the damage output is a little bit behind (I use cold dot)…
HOW IT IS:
What I can observe very often is that the attack/damage is being processed with a huge delay.
e.g.
- when killing a group of monsters the life bar goes down to 0, but the monsters are still alive for 0.5s
- if the boss fights lasts longer than 10s, after the boss’s life bar goes down to 0, I can still see my shatter strike attack animations and boss skill animations for another 10 or 20s. Even tho I don’t press any more buttons. My ward bar also keeps going up and down for the entire duration of that period. And only after that period of time the items are being dropped on the ground.
WHAT IS EXPECTED:
- the very same moment monster’s life goes to 0, all of his skill animations should stop and he should drop loot. The shatter strike animations should not be processed for 10s after I stop pressing the skill button.
In the attachment there should be a log of a boss fight where the boss was killed good 10s after I stopped giving input to the keyboard, and then a Julra fight when I die due to the game being completely unresponsive (I guess still processing shatter strike somehow).
