Shatter strike culling rework

The 100 damage culling is pointless and the nodes are a waste of points.

Suggestion:
Change culling strike to 5-20% of total life that can scale depending on the freeze chance.
Bosses naturally have lower freeze chance due to their higher max life, which causes the culling strike to be on the lower end for balance purposes

The nodes should not increase the culling strike %, and instead should:-
A) Complement on the freeze rate multiplier (higher chance to freeze and thus, higher cull from freeze chance).
B) Rewards from successful culling of frozen enemies. (Increased cooldown for other skills / Bonus freeze rate on next attack / Ward)

Yes, it has always been garbage since it requires a frozen target and thats unlikely to happen on the things you want to cull. That and the threshold will only ever “save” you 1 hit.

The issue has been around since the creation of the skill but i suppose dev ignores unpopular skills

They don’t ignore them, they just have a lot to do.

I do agree they have a lot to do but considering that some skills had multiple modifcations done in different patches while the culling strike has been there since 2019 with 0 modifications to the skills means a lot
