Shatter fly text "sent to the forge" blocks view of forge panel

Observed behavior:

  • Shatter an item
  • Immediately populate another item into the forge
  • Wait an unpleasantly long time for the fly text to disappear so I can see what I’m doing

Desired behavior:

  • “Sent to the forge” fly text is moved to the middle of the interface so it covers neither the forge nor inventory, OR
  • Option to disable “sent to the forge” fly text altogether, OR
  • Fly text can be redirected or is redirected to the chatbox

What I want to do:

  • Send all my shards to the forge
  • Open my stash
  • Select a specific tab of my stash
  • Place an item into my stash

What actually happens:

  • Send all my shards to the forge
  • Me: “SON OF A …” (waits 10 seconds)

This old chestnut… Yip… problem has been an irritation for a while now… I love it when the sent to the forge message is just blank and still covers what you are doing for a silly amount of time…

Quite honestly, as much as its sometimes interesting to know what shards are being transferred after a shatter, its pretty irrelevant after a while… do I really need to know I have transferred my 100th fire damage shard?

Besides moving it to a less obtrusive position/making it smaller/even putting it in the chat window, I’d really like this as a toggle in the settings, just like damage numbers etc… if you want to see it great, if not thats also good…

Pretty sure that there is also a performance issues with this… If you transfer a full inventory of shards to the forge, I sometimes notice a hiccup of responsiveness/pause in the game…

I am not too bothered by the shatter, it is nice to see which affixes got picked, and it’s only a few lines.
The annoying bit is transferring, because it is A LOT of almost entirely useless text.
