I have just started up a second character, and it has reached the Keeper’s camp. Both characters are online, neither have solo mode enabled.
As indicated above the Stash in not shared, could someone please tell me when shared stash is suppose to kick in?

They are in a different challenge mode in one category.
One of them is solo or hc.
You can go to the last page in the settings menu to disable the challenge mode which is active.
You can also see which it is in the character select screen.
Oh and you answer your question, immediately.
