Ok so the Sky Warrior 5 point talent bonus is supposed to reduce the cooldown of both Fury Leap and Crowstorm traversal skills. It currently does reduce the Fury Leap cooldown, but it does not effect the Crowstorm teleport skill. Before you take that talent Crowstorm is 7.0 seconds cooldown. After you take that skill it remains 7.0 seconds cooldown. Prior to 1.0 launch this absolutely worked as when I originally took it in early access it would reduce Crowstorm from 7.0 seconds to 6.3 seconds. I had it down to 4.1 seconds on my Shaman in early access so I know it worked in the past and this is purely a 1.0 bug.

Yes, I am having the same problem here.
Sky Warrior 5 point talent bonus does not reduce the cooldown of Crowstorm teleport skill.
