Shadow Cascade Endlag be cancellable

Could we let Shadow Cascade endlag be cancellable ? This should make bladedancer much more fluidity to play.
For example, synchronized strike endlag can be immediately cancelled, even with dancing strike, make it so good to use, meanwhile Shadow Cascade make the character stand still half a second and can only be cancelled by traversal skills.
