Like it says in the title. The node doesn’t cause the skill to gain the throw tag and it doesn’t seem to scale with throwing nodes.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, Supposedly skills that do things like this typically change or modify the tags so that a skill does change its behavior. It could be that this is intended or simply forgotten.
