With the latest patch 1.1.7.10 for me some of the FPS drop issues has been fixed in certain locations/echoes (e.g. The End of Time zone). However, it seems that the problem is not fixed completely since I experience severe FPS drops in the Willow Marsh echo. For the moment I play in full offline mode.
