I do not think that this is a specification.
So I think this is a minor bug.
Because it does not trigger “non instantly skill”.
I checked this problem on Mage’s “Fire shield” and Primalist’s “Healing wind” skill.
So i think it will happen on other “Instantly skill”, maybe.
