This is both childish and horrendously wrong. These issues almost always reflect a server capacity issue that is neither handled by the developers, nor something they can truly calculate until the game is at a peak where they’ve done 5, 6, 7 season releases ect and know what the player spike is going to look like. And to, in any way, shape, or form, compare you having to wait a few hours to play a game as being an abused spouse is childlike, truly.

Its become normal to expect server issues across the industry with any new launch, its beyond a problem

I am just wondering, do we have now more players than at 1.0?
They clearly don’t care if the servers work or they would be working - OR we would have some sort of stream of updates about why they aren’t working from the Devs. We have neither. I want to like EHG but the way they handle stuff like this - while they have their new MTX out and purchaseable! - is just wrong and bad. I want to like LE but if I could refund to vote with my wallet, I would. Unfortunately I’ve been a believer for far too long. And to anyone who says ‘just play offline’ - No. I want to party with my friends to play since we can’t trade normally because that would make the game too… IDK, good? I can’t do that in offline. I can’t bring my offline character into online because someone might cheat. I don’t like restarting nor do I want to restart. But honestly, as much as it was nice to complain my ass off over this in this thread the whole issue would feel 100x less bad if they would just talk to us.

Well, it would be comprehensible if streamers would be having issues but they aren’t.
It’s the kind of behaviour that doesn’t sit well with adults too.

Cracks me up when people are whining about this issue the first day of release after all these years of players playing online games. At 64 yrs old I have been playing online games since the first time they were coming out. Almost every time there are server issues the first couple of days. Especially for the more popular ones.
Its not a surprise there are issues with this, their first real season, especially with the way the POE players are whining and threatening to leave and jump onto LE. Which they will for 2-3 weeks and then jump back to POE 2. lol.
This just reinforces how popular the game is right now. I remember people saying a couple of months ago how dead LE was, and how hot POE 2 is. (Which I agree with.)
So buck up, quit whining, go be@t 0ff to your Minecraft collection, and come back and try it later today or tomorrow.

I am in the game right now, so it isn’t streamers. Only the children complaining in forums instead of actually trying to play the game.
