We’ve released a server side update to resolve two issues for online players only:
- Omen Idols: Fixed a bug preventing Omen Idols from dropping
- Fractured Prison: Fixed a bug causing Oculus of Ruin to not drop.
NOTE: This applies to online only. We will be addressing offline soon.
