Just bought the game, really enjoying it so far! And wanted to play today, but it seems the servers can’t handle the amount of people that want to play this weekend.
I know it may not be easy to upgrade the server capacity but please make this the top priority for now (this or next iteration).
Going hybrid on-premise/cloud provider is always an option if you are not sure how much load is expected. Because the load will only increase as this game progresses into full launch.
If this is not possible for now please add a counter for the expected wait time or how many people are trying to log in.
I’m experiencing same thing and restart do not help. I hope Devs take this into account and make adjustment to take as many players as possible without such as inconvenience as this weekend. GOD Bless EHG team.
When you’re in the game and its on a screen stating “Our servers are experiencing additional load due to unusual levels of traffic” are you in a que? or do you have to just try again and hope you get lucky
Ooook then…back to POE for a bit. Just when I was about to hunker down in LE again. Almost 5k hours now. I tried to log for about half an hour to no avail. I dont think you’re in que when the load screen warning about traffic is up.
Zizaran is streaming the Last Epoch right now. I wonder if that made new players try out the game or if EHG temporarily lowered max players on servers to provide the best experience for Ziz … lol (conspiration theory)
