How can you put a patch at this time? I don’t understand anything at all. Things were great, I’ve recommended the game to many people, but you can’t do this again.

Why cant you announce the maintenace earlier luike a few hours before or preferabilly a few days before instead of 10 minutes or less before it happens.

4pm in germany and 5 pm in sweden. Peak might not be the right word but it is still a time a lot of people play

Issue with server side patch from last night. Many people were unable to logon in, causin trouble in Steam. But I agree they should have done a better job in communication.

Some of us have made a good living through support and customer service that wish to point out poor professionalism. With a touch of malding added in. :slight_smile:

To me that’s as important as the game being down for maintenance as enjoyment of it is inexorably linked to the company and the people behind it. Break faith and we break ways. It’s that simple.

It’s not maintenance if they’re taking it off line for 4 hours. That’s them not knowing how to fix a problem and needing to take it offline to figure it out. Chances this game comes back at 1pm is 0%. GGG is great at this kind of thing and they’re never back on time either.

Dear developers, will there be a fix for dupes in the game? Already tired of seeing that in RELIZED game this happens, I go to the next day at the auction and see that I can not buy anything, because everything is too expensive, because the narrow-eyed found another dup -_- And to leave the trade syndicate I can not, because I have all the character dressed from it. You end up putting me in an idiotic position and my progress is essentially stagnating on a flat spot

Next time, make sure to do the maintenance 2 hours later, so you’ll really hit those EU peak hours.

yeah, but you replied with professionalism and lack of malding, but the 99 other comments are talking to people like they aren’t worth the shit on the bottom of their shoes. So my comment doesn’t apply to you but them.

Fyi, before you take down the servers for maintenance, you usually warn the people. Most games do that days ahead of time.

Funny we never have time stamps for Europe and I believe many of us are from Europe, its not a big deal I can always go and calculate time to CET but it would be nicer if we could see European time too.
