Hello Travelers,

Our server provider will be performing maintenance on Feb 18–19 (UTC). You may experience 1–5 minutes of disruption.

  • You won’ be able to login
  • You won’t be able to join new servers (e.g., scene transitions)
  • Active sessions will continue normally
  • Servers will self-recover after

Maintenance windows:

  • EU: 5AM–6AM UTC / 11PM–12AM CST
  • US: 10AM–11AM UTC / 4AM–5AM CST
  • Asia: 21:00–22:00 UTC / 3:00–4:00 PM CST

It’s after the time, the announcement on the Login page needs to be removed (or updated if there was a change).

my cosmetics happened to reset.
how to reset cosmetics local cache
if someone has same problem, follow the method above.
in detail, remove those two files, owned_cosmetics.json and online_cosmetic_data_equips.json, i suppose.

But, why? didn’t you devs fix it? or aren’t you missing something?
you need ask another one reviewing and clearing your vision.

We fixed at least one situation in which this occurs, and I’m sorry to hear it’s still happening. I’ll pass things along to the team to look into. Have you by any chance submitted an In-game bug report? I couldn’t find one submitted by your account. IGBR’s submit directly to our triage queue, and include logs, and other useful information to debug why an issue may be happening.
