It’s a supprise for me to see that it’s easier to clean ailment with Rogue than Sentinel, easier than Paladin !
The rogue have 2 bases skills to cleans ailments and the Sentinel need to be Paladin to do it lol. When you begin to play at high level of coruption, ailment can kill you like a one shot. I think each classe should have one base skill that can give this ability at least.
In comparison of Rogue (2 basics skill, clean 100%), the sentinel have only one basic skill (smite) with a max chance of 30% 
to clean lol
That could be add so easily, like in rebuke or improve smite node to be like shift… or smoke bomb.
I don’t know for others classes but i hope that they don’t have this flaw too
Any class can clean ailments. Just get a belt with the affix to clean ailments on potion use.
After playing more than 600 hours, I never get the affixe shard “Ward and Ailment Cleansing on Potion Use”.
It’s too rare anyway !
Not a single one in 600 hours?!? Wow, you are unlucky. You might want to farm a ring called Heirloom of the Last Nomad.
Or highlight it in his lootfilter.
