Does Shield Rush nodes Critical Rush(+crit chance of final hit) and Critical Echo (+crit chance of echo) stacks?
And does Shield Rush Echo affected by nodes Splintering impact (damage of final hit)?
Usually the Echo of an Ability inherents all of the base stats the ability had at that time, unless something specifically only affects either of those parts.
In your cases, the Echo should inherent all the Stats from original final hit.
But the ability is quite old, so it could not be in line with most of the other more emoderized stuff.
But I think especially the crit chance should be reasonably easy to test.
I might do it, when I have time for that.
