“Protective Legacy” “Burst of Speed” and “Solemn Vow” nodes on Rebuke are not currently working. No attack speed, movement speed, or associated buffs persist after channeling (or during). It appears the armor, health regen, and mana regen are working during the channel but nothing persists after the channel as it should with “solemn vow”. Not sure “brave the elements” is working or not, it should also be looked into.

Also experiencing the same thing. No buffs are working with Protective Legacy/Burst of speed etc. I can confirm Brave the Elements isn’t persisting either.
Agreed. for “Burst of Speed”, when monitoring the stats page upon Rebuke discharging, the affected stats (Attack Speed, Cast Speed, Movement Speed) do flicker for a near imperceptible moment before reverting back.
