hello,
in the following clip you can see that i have an axe equipped, and my character panel is displaying that i have 21% increased melee speed and 47% increased throwing speed. i have two points allocated in the sentinel passive “blademaster”
i REMOVE one point from “blademaster” passive, and this INCREASES my speeds to 27 and 53. removing the second point brings my speeds back down to 21 and 47.
