Self-Inflicted Death Has Erroneous Source Reporting

Reproduction requires:

  • Using Titan Heart as lich to drain my health to 0.
  • Using Soul Feast with Diseased Soul to self-apply a poison stack.
  • Incidentally, having Calamity equipped, but not part of the self-damage action.

Casting Soul Feast causes me to gain a poison stack, which kills me since I have 0 health due to Lich/Titan Heart. The death screen reports “Self Inflicted Damage from Calamity” as the source, but Calamity cannot be the source. This occurs in multiplayer. Untested in single player. See attached gif for reproduction.
