Hello. Is it a bug or is something going on or why am I not allowed to access my Self Found stash tab from one character to another Self Found character. It clearly states when character creation screen that it should work or I am reading something wrong. And if it does not work…why not? Literally quite pointless mechanic in the large picture.

Not exactly a bug, but some texts in the game are messed up at the moment after introducing translations.
When you create a character both in offline and online there’s this checkbox… it says “Character Found” and the description says you can share stashes between characters, the combination of those two is wrong for both offline and online …
Here’s what the checkbox actually does:
In offline it enables “Character Found”, those characters can’t share their stash (hence the name). This is intended because if you want to share stashes you can just not click the checkbox.
In online it enables “Solo Account Found”. Solo account found characters have shared stash with other solo account found characters but can’t play in party. Non-solo account found characters have shared stash with other non-solo account found characters and can play in party.
In both offline and online you can leave this mode by going to Settings > Challenges. Note that when you do this your character will lose access to their stash and gain access to the respective shared stash of that mode (this includes stored crafting materials).
From what you’re saying it sounds like you’re playing offline and the text error is causing the confusion. If you’re playing online make sure the characters you expect to have shared stashes are in the same mode.

Yep exactly. I made an offline character found some nice items and since the description says that you can share items from stash if the characters are all Self Found I thought it will work. Honestly the way it is worded is very awful first of all and the fact that basically you are farming and getting items that are neat yet might not be at all for the build of your character and not be able to share it with your own other characters makes 0 sense. And what happens to my stash if I make all the Self Found characters to the standard mode? Will there just be an invisible stash that no character can access ever again or it will transfer to the normal mode and all cahracters can access it? Maybe I missunderstood you when you said that I can leave the mode.
For offline - yeah, pretty much. 
If you go to standard mode you will lose access to all the stash and crafting materials of that character. What you’ll gain access to is the stash and crafting materials of all non-character found characters. If you want to keep any items you can put them in the character inventory before making the switch.
